What's in your Pascha basket?

Many Orthodox Christians prepare a special basket for Pascha, of special food to be blessed on Pascha night and eaten throughout Bright Week, the week after Pascha. Julie and I were talking last night about what we're going to put in our basket. After going so long without meat and dairy, I'm thinking there's got to be prosciutto and creme fraiche, for starters. But we're definitely going to make this phyllo and feta torte with dill and nutmeg. Have mercy!

The Atlantic's astonishing Food channel today runs a great feature of traditional Greek paschal dishes. I would love to hear from your readers about what you're going to put in your Pascha baskets, and what you're going to serve at Pascha dinner. Even better, I'd love to read recipes, or at least see links to them.
